Ana Rivas Logan: Florida Retail Federation 'Legislator of the Year'


State Rep. Ana Rivas Logan, R-Miami, has been named the Florida Retail Federation's Legislator of the Year.

“I am honored to have been selected as this year’s Legislator of the Year,” Rivas Logan stated in a release. “It is especially important in the current economy we keep Florida businesses up and running as smoothly as possible.”

The award will be presented June 20 during the federation’s annual midyear board meeting in Orlando.

2004 - Sen. Nancy Argenziano.

2005 - Rep. Trey Traviesa, Freshman Legislator of the Year.

2005 - Rep. Don Brown, Representative of the Year.

2005 - Sen. Daniel Webster, Senator of the Year.

2006 - Speaker Allan Bense, Legislator of the Year.

2007 - Rep. Denise Grimsley, Legislator of the Year.

2007 - Rep. Mary Brandenburg, Legislator of the Year.

2009 - Rep. Dave Murzin, Legislator of the Year.

2010 - Rep. Jennifer Carroll, Representative of the Year.

2011 - Rep. Greg Steube, Legislator of the Year.
