Big Bills Head to Rick Scott's Desk

Some of the biggest bills of this year's legislative session have made their way to the desk of Gov. Rick Scott.

Over 100 bills were forwarded to the governor on Thursday, including HB 851, which would offer the children of undocumented immigrants in-state tuition rates. Another high-profile bill, SB 1030, would legalize medical marijuana for those suffering from severe epilepsy.

Scott promised to sign both bills.

Scott now has 15 days to sign, veto or allow the bills to become law without his signature.
