Did Debbie Wasserman Schultz Forget Obama Broken Promises?

Debbie Wasserman Schultz, representing Florida's 20th Congressional District and chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee, had plenty to say Sunday about the latest national jobs report.

Appearing on CNN's State of the Union with Candy Crowley, Wasserman Schultz defended the progress the president has made recovering from the economy and accused the GOP of rooting for economic failure.

"What’s really bothersome to me is that it almost seems like my Republican colleagues in Congress and Mitt Romney are rooting for economic failure. I mean, they’ve been hyper-focused on one job, Barack Obama’s, for really the last two years ...

"And Mitt Romney's plans, the Republican budget take they just put out in the House, they’re focused on making sure millionaires and billionaires can continue to do even better ..."

Not included among the congresswoman's remarks, however, was mention of Obama's pre-election promises to create hundreds of thousands of jobs with billions of dollars in borrowed stimulus money -- money was borrowed, the jobs end of the promise never got delivered.
