No Ruling from U.S. Supreme Court on Obamacare

The wait for a decision on America’s health care future will continue for a few more days as no ruling was handed down Monday from the U.S. Supreme Court, FOX News is reporting.

The ruling on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare, now appears likely Wednesday or Thursday, as the nine-month term comes to an end.

The court can kill the entire law, kill portions of the law or uphold the law that extends insurance to approximately 30 million people and a mandate that requires every citizen to pay for coverage.

Florida has led the challenge and refused federal money tied with implementing portions of the law, such as establishing state insurance exchanges.
