Rasmussen Poll Finds Majority Still Oppose Obamacare Despite Ruling

A poll released by Rasmussen Reports on Monday morning finds that despite the Supreme Court of the United States upholding most of it last week, a majority of Americans continue to wish to repeal the federal health-care law signed by President Barack Obama in 2010.

A majority of likely voters surveyed -- 52 percent -- want the law repealed while 39 percent oppose repealing it. These numbers show little change from polls Rasmussen took earlier in the month. In a poll taken from June 23-24, 54 percent wanted to repeal it while 39 percent opposed repeal. In a poll taken from June 9-10, 53 percent supported the repeal effort while 39 percent opposed it.

The poll of 1,000 likely voters was taken from June 29-30 and had a margin of error of +/- 3 percent.
