Rick Scott Highlights Job Growth at AppRiver in Gulf Breeze
Jobs are still hot on Gov. Rick Scott's publicity agenda as he tours the state highlighting businesses creating jobs.
On Wednesday, Scott headed to Gulf Breeze to highlight jobs at global cybersecurity provider AppRiver. The company currently employs more than 230 Floidians and has created almost 100 jobs over the last five years.
"Information technology companies like AppRiver are creating new opportunities for Floridians each day, which is why we will remain focused on cutting taxes and diversifying our economy to help these job creators grow," said Scott.
Founded in 2002, AppRiver offers businesses comprehensive, affordable subscription-based solutions that include cloud-based spam and virus protection, email encryption and Web security.
