Ron Paul Teams Up With Kane from the WWE
The lines between politics and professional wrestling have blurred in recent years. Jesse Ventura served as governor of Minnesota. Up in Connecticut, Linda McMahon, the CEO of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), ran twice for the U.S. Senate and longtime champion Bob Backlund ran for Congress in the Constitution State. Here in Florida, former wrestler Brian Blair served on the Hillsborough County Commission.
Glen Jacobs -- better known as WWE wrestler Kane -- has been a leading libertarian activist in recent years. Jacobs is a prominent supporter of former U.S. Rep. Ron Paul and backed his bid for the Republican presidential nomination last year. Jacobs appeared on the Ron Paul Channel this week and sat down and talked with the former congressman.
The interview can be seen here but full access requires signing up for the "Ron Paul Channel."
