CPAC wants Marco Rubio for VP. But does it matter?

Florida Sen. Marco Rubio was the overwhelming favorite for VP in the Conservative Political Action Conference straw poll. Rubio pulled in 34 percent of the vote, followed by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and Vrig. Gov. Bob McDonnell at 9 percent.
