DeSantis announces high-powered finance team for CD 6 race

Ron DeSantis, the former prosecutor running for Congress in the Volusia-to-St. Johns District 6, came out with his finance team today — and it’s a formidable group.
Mike Hightower, the Blue Cross/Blue Shield executive; Nancy McGowan, a plugged-in Realtor; and Jay Demetree, the developer who’s been active in any number of statewide campaigns, are heading it up, an indication that DeSantis won’t be hurting for money.
