Gingrich campaign pans delegate plan

In hopes of getting a share of the convention delegates awarded in Florida's presidential primary, the Newt Gingrich campaign will challenge the state Republican Party's winner-take-all delegate plan, Gingrich state Chairman Bill McCollum said Thursday.
