A traffic ticket gives way to a Supreme Court case

TALLAHASSEE — Could a cop pull you over for playing Jay Z at top volume? How about Yo Yo Ma?
That’s the issue the Florida Supreme Court took up Thursday in a case argued by a Pinellas County lawyer who got ticketed n 2007 for playing a Justin Timberlake song too loudly.
