Video: Gingrich on why he did not congratulate Romney in Florida

Newt Gingrich declined to congratulate Mitt Romney on election night in Florida. Gingrich in this CNN interview explains why: negative ads.
He's leaving out that Romney had superior organization and broad support in Florida. Gingrich also had two flat debates. But no doubt the 5-to-1 spending advantage Romney and his allies enjoyed more than a little to do with the Sunshine State rout.
