Playing off the upcoming Super Bowl XLVII, the Florida House Republicans released a pair of pages from their “playbook” for economic success.

As expected, the plays require lower taxes, a balanced budget, fiscal responsibility, less debt, a climate for growth and more opportunity.

“The good policies we have implemented in Florida over the last few years are helping small businesses and entrepreneurs in our state thrive again, and as a result, our economy is improving and more Floridians are getting back to work,” House Majority Leader Steve Precourt, R-Orlando, stated in a release.

“Florida is headed in the right direction and to carry on the positive growth we have seen, we will continue to encourage and support economic growth, innovation and opportunity in our state. Republicans have the playbook for economic success and we are dedicated to getting Florida over the goal line.”
