Democrats and Republicans
Back by popular demand is the Sunshine State News Poll.

On Monday, SSN will kick off the first of its series covering the 2014 election cycle.

The statewide voter surveys will cover a wide range of races -- including the hotly contested governor's race and the election for Florida attorney general.

Florida voters are also having their say about many of the important issues facing Floridians and policymakers, from gambling to Common Core.

The surveys will be conducted by James Lee, president of Voter Survey Service. In 2010, Lee was the most accurate pollster in the gubernatorial election.

Lee has 15 years of polling experience as well as a background as a former lobbyist and has covered Florida elections for several years.

Included with the poll results will be insight and reactions from experts and opinion leaders from across the state.

SSN will bring surveys to readers throughout the election year.

As an Independent, I also request that you please include ALL candidates in the polls.

If you do not list all candidates then it is not a poll but instead a sell out.

I would like to see the SSN hold a poll that I can actually vote in for a change. Myself, along with 45% of the state of florida, do not identify with the REPs or DEMs. It would only make sense for the SSN to have 3rd party candidates in their polls. Otherwise, it only shows that SSN doesn't care about representing floridians, or actually having accurate polls.

Your coverage of LPF candidates has been hit and miss, sometimes you have good coverage and other times it's dreadful. I would love to be able to recommend you as the best, unbiased news source. Will you be able to make that happen? A good first step would be to include Adrian Wyllie and Bill Wohlsifer in your polls.

You are missing a major story that is occurring in the 8th Congressional District. There three candidates vying for the Democrat nomination to challenge Bill "Brther" Posey who despite multiple terms has done NOTHING beneficial for the people that he is alleged to represent. One Democrat is Corry "Fraudster" Westbrook who is doing everything possible to ensure that Bill "Birther" Posey easily wins re-election in a landslide. In one of the first acts of her campaign in early 2013 Corry "Fraudster" Westbrook deliberately violated the law when she obtained a Florida Voter Registration Card by illegally using her parents address. Since she was a legal resident of Washington, D. C. at the time, she is now facing severe crimnal and civil penalties for fraud.

Dear media: You forgot the most important candidates, the Libertarians! Where are they? Are you just another corporate crony rag? It's starting to look that way. I expect ALL of the candidates to be included in your polls and surveys, otherwise, they are invalid. How can a candidate achieve any % in a popularity poll if his/her name is not included?
I realize that privately commissioned polls and surveys may exclude candidates - but the news is supposed to be UNBIASED! Media coverage could be likened to the "interview" part of hiring someone. Voters "hire" politicians to represent them. When you exclude candidates, you are interfering in this process. You are tilting the odds and you are being unfair to the voters who want a chance to interview everyone who applies for the job.

I hope you include Libertarian Governor candidate Adrian Wyllie and Libertarian Attorney General candidate Bill Wohlsifer in your polls . They both have a tremendous grass roots following and would be a grave injustice to the people of Florida not to include them. It also would show a strong media bias in favor of the Republican and Democratic parties and an attempt to suppress the Libertarian Party.

Please include the Libertarian Party in your polls. They have a strong candidate for the governor's race AND for Florida Attorney General. It is time to include more options, and allow the people to make up their own minds,

Thank you.

please include Libertarian Party of Florida candidates in your poll surveys.
LPF has credible candidates in the Gov and Attny Gen race along with candidates in many county, state and federal races.
Thank you
