I think if you actually pay attention she is explaining why she has no business being CFO. Most, if not all, of the issues she raises are not controlled by the CFO. If she really wanted to make a difference in budget issues, she should have stayed in the race for Senate. Instead, she realized she had no chance of winning that race and jumped into one for which she had no primary opposition and no qualifications. If the press would do its job it would ask her exactly what background she has to suggest any qualification. The answer would be none.
